Some small clubs are playing at the Olympic stadium. It belongs to the NOC as i know.

It is also better to do not have a facade.
You can walk outside the stadium at upper storeys

The same you have at Frankfurt and da luz stadium

Actually digging is easier at Valencia. Here you do not have a flat area.
How big is the plot in Valencia?
Here it is 130.000m²

its not like the new ones with facade etc
its more pure, like old stadiums where you can see the concrete of the stands
but i am still happy after 12 years it became true and the stands are very good (not perfect)

I am sure they will bid for an Final, but unfortunatley it can be only UEFA Cup Final or they expand it to over 70,000

Actually I will keep on arguing with you that it's better than most other stadiums. The fact it's more pure and concrete and less "organic" makes it only more distinguishable (?) and original.

the factories in the background will be demolished and new houses will be built.
A new and big medical centre will be also built here
Next to the stadium TASYAPI will start to built a 50 storey residential tower. Facing this tower (metro station) a 52 storey skyscrasper is planned
