Honestly IMO a lil bit too high.

@Sercan Sorry if it was already asked here but why was the stadium open while it isn´t totally completed? Not mentioning the surroundings... Was there any problem with the old stadium?...deadline by the constructor?...

I dont know for sure, but its seems likely simply because of revenue! Finance return....Lots of buildings (trump tower chicago) generates returns before complete by selling apartments / tickets or whatever..

Do you know any big stadium which was opening after finished all works?
In Poland now we have two new stadiums over 30 000 seats which was opening despite of the fact they werent be done (Wisla Cracov, Lech Poznan). Even now these stadiums are still under construction (more or less).
Im sure that the same situation will be in Wroclaw, Gdansk and Warsaw

firstly sorry, i forget to answer your 1st question. The away fans problem will be solved by a higher fence and net (like at Bernabeu 3rd tier)

Club would have lost 25,000,000 USD if they would have opened the stadium in May or July.
BTW the stadium income at the Ali Sami Yen Stadi was 20,000,000 USD / year.

The main reasons:
- stadium still u/c, so some problems inside and outside the stadium and infrastructure (still mainly just metro or bus)
- worst season after 1981
- cheap tickets have ben sold out. Main prob are the expensive ones and VIP seats
- cap. is still limited

I'm not sure but i think it is airiation of the soil with some seed? This promotes undergrowth and strengthens roots. That would be my guess given it fairly young turf..

This stadium was built for the next century, not this season. Gala have plenty of time to start selling out matches.

But like any massive team in Europe playing in 2nd tier leagues, selling out games in Europa/CL shouldn't be a problem as much as league matches. The Turkish league is one of 3 in Europe by estimation that is heading towards a tipping point in terms of attendance as their footballing infrastructure improves over the next deacde or so (and hopefully culminates with a European Championship being held there).

Actually not. Its just the section of the other footballers.

The fences will be removed when the club will be tenant (official).

The club will take the stadium when all works are finished
