Ready to start with the foundations. I think the moment is bad now.
But soon the economy will be much better and then i think they are ready to
start.

By the time it's finished, the economy will be stronger. Now is a good time to build with interest rates low.

Site needs a bit of site prep first, ready for foundations next door, but the main site is still a functioning parking lot.

Congrats to Chi=town!!!

It's modern! It's sleek! It soars! This is another fine trophy for Chicago, which arguably has the VERY best skyline in the whole world!!!!

Why are a ton of people suddenly talking about this again? Perhaps I'm incorrect, but isn't thing thing a long, long way from even getting close to happening? I don't believe it has even been made official...

It all started with Harryc posting an update picture. Just one comment can bring in all the people who subscribe to a thread and kick off a whole new round of conversation.

I think you have to fail middle school geometry to confuse SWFC and this project.

the top down cross sections reveal the truth

made official in what way? it's been approved by the Chicago Plan Commission, zoning and city council.

All they need to do is start marketing units which will possibly happen next year.
