We didn't hear anything whenn 717 Ninth broke ground. It just sorta happened. But you never know. We'll just have to wait and see.

Welcome.

^ I know the intent is to keep it. That's why I suggested they tear it down.

I trust Wolverineman more than anyone over at SSP. Until he says that he spoke to someone and confirmed it's non construction then i'll be happy. otherwise...i'm gonna hold my breath until groundbreaking.

Has Wolver ever told us anything about projects he wasn't associated with! If that's the case, he would be a gold mine of information

Well, i don't want to get everyone over excited, but judging by the type's of heavy equipment in the photo's, it could very well mean that there setting up for soil analysis, to determine what type of foundation system will be used.

Not to mention that Pankow construction is a large enough company to build this building.

Give it time and we'll see...

The timing just isn't right for this one.

But the fact that there's equipment on site might be an indication of Maguire's plans to move forward with this project.

BTW the green door was totally buried under all that dirt!

Why would they need that much rebar? Hey, Wolverineman...what's your opinion?

is it going to be an elevated walkway? maybe those rebar columns are for the columns that will make it elevated? whats even more crazy is that the green door was there all this time like that. lol
