Banco Popular would have been far more interesting and less land-consuming as a tower, rather than a lame "groundscraper".

For a mega city such Madrid, they haven't many big projects. But the stadium of Atletico looks very nice!

Actually, I think the same that MaikelNL, and I've seen the whole thread. Madrid deserves much more than the "Distrito Castellana Norte".

All I hope is that this masterplan -Distrito Castellana Norte- have better buildings that the ones that are shown in the referencial rendering video -because Madrid deserves it-, and that it develops, because, at least as as far as I know, this is only a project, and not only that, but a project that the political authorities name when the elections are near. And if it does, that revitalize the investment in the city.

And hey: I'm not saying that Madrid has to have this huge amount of skyscrapers in all of its geography, but to have more projects/constructions of residential low-rises, revitalizations, parks, etc. It needs to show, one more time, the dynamization that the capital of Spain certainly has.

but if you look Madrid on google maps you will see there are lot of urban areas under development, but with low rise buildings that is not easy to find renders (at least I don't see many information about that in the spanish forum)

You must understand that for many years in Madrid and the rest of Spain there was so many constructions that only Spain build the same amount of new houses that france and germany built together, so that's why there are not a huge amount of projects

The 3 buildings completed (a while ago) are all residential.

The building (there is only one currently in construction) in construction is an office block.
