Looks like another great development for Charlestown
There needs to be more 20 story buildings in Newcastle West first. |

Charlestown is going through a bit of a boom. Just imagine when Charlestown Square is finished!!
I'm pretty sure that development has been approved as it was being advertised. I also think the chifley apartments are going ahead in Honeysuckle, and will be on the market after Easter. |

the models on the RNH have definatly been altered from the render. It looks as if the 18 storey buidling is missing |

not a bad design. i like the main towers size.
i count 16storeys and ive scaled it at apprx 60m -comparing it to the york). thus we have a new TALLEST! it makes the 12storey/42m York apartments look small, and thats quite big. http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=...stle-australia

^yes, a stage1 building envelope. so in other words the new buioding will be designed to fit inside that shape. so i think thats another 60m height. gives the area some bulk.

Cul is right...the blue boxes are the 2nd part of the development. The 3rd part of the development is the David Madison building, which is the tiered building behind the 16 storey white building proposal.
You can also see the Wirraway apartments behind the proposed blue boxes which will soon be demolished to make way for the Peninsula apartments. |
