Such a waste to tear down Ocean Towers, the building still looks quite new though.

The Arcade, which stands just beside Ocean Towers, looks much older though...

haha, keppel has lots of fund. I'm not sure who owns The Arcade though i too agree it looks much older. This redevelopment will likely add more density to the already very dense Raffles Place.

There is a nice model of the new OFC in the lobby, including the small building (not exactly sure what it is - a car park?) and the plaza that will replace the Keppel tower.

There's also a stench in the Arcade that's probably due to the many random food shops in there ... ...

Its such a waste for such prime land to build just a carpark on it.. One days , Kepple will demolished it again and turned it into tower..

I think I read somewhere that it is because of the plot ratio for OFC. The main tower already covers all the surface allowed and therefore Keppel had to destroy the Keppel tower building.
