 Kota Cirebon Kota Cirebon adalah sebuah kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Kota ini berada di pesisir Laut Jawa, di jalur pantura. Dahulu Cirebon merupakan ibu kota Kabupaten Cirebon, namun kini telah dipindahkan ke Sumber. Cirebon menjadi pusat regional di wilayah pesisir timur Jawa Barat. Kota Cirebon terdiri atas 5 kecamatan, yang dibagi lagi atas sejumlah kelurahan. Cirebon juga disebut dengan nama 'Kota Udang'. Sebagai daerah pertemuan budaya Jawa dan Sunda sejak beberapa abad silam, masyarakat Cirebon biasa menggunakan dua bahasa, bahasa Sunda dan Jawa. Kota ini mempunyai luas sebesar 37,36 km² dan penduduknya berjumlah sekitar 300.000 jiwa. Kota Cirebon merupakan pusat industri rokok kepunyaan British-American Tobacco (BAT), salah satu produsen rokok putih terkemuka di dunia. Di kota Cirebon terdapat tiga kesultanan, yaitu Kasepuhan, Kanoman, dan Kacerbonan, yang sampai sekarang masih bertahan. Di daerah Gunung Sembung, Gunung Jati, sekitar 15 kilometer sebelum kota Cirebon dari arah barat, terdapat makam Sunan Gunung Jati, salah satu dari Wali Songo, yakni sembilan penyebar agama Islam di Jawa. Cirebon pernah menyabet Piala Adipura Kencana dan merupakan kota dengan banyak penghijauan, namun saat ini sudah banyak berkurang. Cirebon adalah kota yang panas. Ketinggian kota Cirebon hanya 4M DPL. Cirebon berencana untuk membuat provinsi sendiri dengan CIAYUMAJAKUNING ( Cirebon - Indramayu - Majalengka - Kuningan ). Dengan rencana hadirnya Bandara Internasional Kertajati di Indramayu, diharapkan akan memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi kota Cirebon Cirebon memiliki 1 Pelabuhan laut, dan sedang dibangun pelabuhan khusus angkutan Batubara www.cirebonkota.go.id Foto & gambar menyusul...

Jalan Siliwangi
 Di kejauhan dapat terlihat tirai hijau yg ada di Jl. Siliwangi   Pedestrian Jl.Siliwangi  Siliwangi adalah salah satu jalan protokol di Cirebon. Tapi penghijauan di kota Cirebon ga hanya di jalan2 protokol, tapi juga di jalan-jalan kecil sperti ini  ini adalah jalan di depan rumah g... hehe to be continued..

Disini terletak beberapa Kantor Pusat ( Kantor Cabang Utama ) bank-bank yang beroperasi di Cirebon   Gedung Bank Indonesia  Termasuk gedung yang dilindungi, karena salah satu bangunan tua peninggalan Belanda yang ada di Cirebon.. Gedung Bank Indonesia II  Kedua gedung ini posisinya bersebelahan..desain gedung barunya pun dibuat menyerupai gedung lama...    Bank BNI, disebelah Gedung Baru BI..  Kantor Pos Cirebon - Termasuk bangunan peninggalan yang dilindungi juga. Lokasi di sebelah Gedung BI lama..

  Bank Nusantara Parahyangan & Bank Permata - Lokasi di depan Bank BNI.. Bank Mandiri - Lokasi di sebelah Kantor Pos.. ( p.s : those cables are eyesoring..  you can find a lot of eyesoring cables like that in Cirebon.... Biasa, Indonesian Style - Kabel Melayang di udara.. ) GraPARI Cirebon... Tadinya dipake Bank Danamon, sekarang dipake Telkomsel...  Bank Panin - depan GraPARI... Bank Niaga - disebelah Bank Panin.. Gereja Katholik Santo Yosep - St.Joseph Catholic ChurchGereja tertua di Jawa Barat. Umurnya bahkan melebihi Katedral Bandung.. Termasuk bangunan yang dilindungi oleh Pemkot juga.. Terletak di depan Bank Panin..
