Haha, but this is just one of the towers! The one in the bottom left corner.

This one is very likely to be the final design for the main tower, they said. You can count around 95 floors, probably above 450m if we include the spires.

i like both the first and the new design, i dont care which one they build

I guess the final version is better for a larger, skyscraper-rich city like chongqing though.

New renders of the final design. Seems like they didn't choose the one we thought. 78~ floors, 400m+. Second tallest has 288.8m.

nice... but the other proposals were better.

Not even 2 thirds of the total hiehgt is being used.

Pay attention to the first render, roof height is 10 floors higher than the middle section.

IMO:

Roof = 370-390m.
Parapet = 390-410m.
Spire = 430-460m.

Could become Chongqing's tallest

I like the first two renders on page 1... That is the best design by far in my opinion...

By 溢彩年华. This is the plot of the main tower.

Hmm, will there be a main entrance for these buidings, it seems that there are existing buildings surrounding the construction site

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the current design, it appeals to me more and has character. The previous one just dosn't do it for me.
