9 tenth of this thread's towers will never be built :/

How about we only include Topped out scrapers?

The ones I posted are all under construction except the 2nd and 4th ones, which are undergoing site prep.

But I agree, several of these other one's won't be built, which is good and bad depending on the design.

Love Tour Verre. Definitely would be in my top favourite skyscrapers of all time.

Infinity Tower is the result of an international design competition won by the team in 2008, and the project for now is just a building permit. 450 m high structure is declared a prime site in Seoul in South Korea - an area well known for his ambitious architectural design (see WAN for Yongsan Business International area with some amazing plans).
