A lot of the designs in Panama are very tacky. They're aimed at retiring middle class Americans though, a group that isn't exactly known for its taste in design.

This project is in the freezer, it's a proposed project at the shore lines of the river Meuse in the city of Rotterdam. With a height of 392m the Parkhaven tower would be the heighest of Europe.









Also this project is in the freezer :S, it's the rijnmond tower (Rotterdam) with a height of 166m the heighest in the Netherlands.



Also in the freezer, a study that proposed building in the harbor of Rotterdam.
