I can't beleive I had missed that one...I just LOVE it (I definitely am a Foster fan...)

I hadn't seen it either. Of course, this was a dead thread from 2009 until the past few days. Would be neat to see this one actually get built, but I always tend to think with projects stalled out for this long, that they'll change the design to some conservative boring thing.

As cities look at filling in unproductive land , such as those over railway track which this scheme does. A revised scheme could be submitted , possibly to coincide with Crossrail.
