FRANKFURT | Tower 365 | 365m | 1197ft | Pro

MILLENNIUM TOWER FRANKFURT
  • tower has been approved in 2001, since then it has been on hold, due to lack of tenants, current boom has brought the project back, marketing has started
  • symbolic foundation stone was laid
  • the MT is located next to MesseTurm, the FRANKFURT | UEC | 212m | 52 fl | 160m | 40 fl | App and the FRANKFURT | PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower | 185m | Pro
  • developer is Vivico
  • the project will be officially presented on October 16th 2007 in Dubai at the Cityscape Trade Fair
  • the latest version has been cut from 369m (97 floors) to 350m
  • one third of the building is residential, two thirds are offices

Nice look, but probably a good idea to change the name. It's a bit late to be the "Millennium" anything.

Amazing news!

The skyline of Frankfurt is seem to be to expand very fast.





In 2004: 645.000 inhabitants.

these pics are a bit old, there are a few towers missing. and frankfurt city grew since then to 662,000 ppl.

erm.. r u shure that it's gonna be "only" 350m tall? is there a official statement from vivico? by now everything between 350m and 380m was possible..
but its good that someone finally has started this thread thx

I guess we have to wait for the official announcement. but according to immobilienzeitung it's supposed to be 350m

Great news for Frankfurt. It's nice to see a resurgence there in skyscraper development. The skyline, though one of the world's best, could use some more modern buildings.
