He's just trying to get some attention with it. Hoping people will react on this.
So don't go argument with him.

35,450 in my burj pics folder so far. Many are Imre's.

Only a few cladding panels left to go from this angle in Imre's latest update - thanx by the way. I think the cladding looks good Ember. I imagine there is quite a few panels left to be installed where the crane was.

Surely the crane disassembly will continue soon ...

I liked the renders, but tbh, I don't like the design very much now. It looks to slim. Hopefully it will look more appealing in real life.

The Punch List for This Puppy

From Fury...Yes the planning alone before any dirt (sand) is even moved is staggering. The things to be done list (for lack of a better name) from April '07 is over 14,000 lines long. Imagine the staffing schedule for over 12,000 workers, the prints and shop drawings must be a stack well over 10 feet high, the financial and cash flow schedule is enormous, the construction method statement is hundreds of pages of PDF's.

I find project management for building construction very interesting and the planning is a big part of that.;;

Indeed a monster project. I've also been thinking about the punch list process at the end for this building.. As opposed to some of the experts on here I was only involved in one major construction project from ground breaking to move in and that was a three building complex connected by decks and plazas at around 65,000 sq ft. Me and another guy punch listed that place before it was accepted from the builder. We rolled around a laptop on an AV cart and cross walked the specs room by room against what was built and notated all the minor cosmetics that needed touch-ups from paint and tile to crooked light fixtures etc. That took days and ended up as about a 200 page document. For something like this they must have to punch it out in sections or by trades or something...mind boggling.

Let's face it, there are too many of all those people and that 80% anyway
Do you like the the metal railings at the mechanical levels?
