Looking forward to National day on December 2nd, I think we will see four things.

1) All room lights turned on throughout the building height.
2) Introduction of the themed mood lighting of the building.
3) A large firework display.
4) Completion of the immediate surrounding landscaping.

Im looking forward to the lighting tests on the BD that I assume they will test during the early hours of the morning.

I kind of regret the fact that the builders/architects didn't come up with lifts on the outside! What a thrilling experience it will be to ride a lift on the outside all to the top!!!

That would look atrocious! I do, however, understand your point, but perhaps Disney World could provide that thrilling experience instead.

Yes that would be a cool ride, but not for the faint hearted.

Cladding progress today looks like this will be the last pieces to be installed with exception of the foor below the crane.

They could do it in a little more than one minute if there was a non stop express. That might be a little too ear popping for some folks though.

BD will so be chromed up when the window cleaning is complete.

And how long will it take roughly to clean the whole tower on the exterior?

About the last view of the BD steel looking at the cladding progress today.

Not much more gap filling to do

Pics taken today, afternoon and early evening.

Very true. These guys are incredible, and they're used to much greater heights than this, too. Dangling hundreds of metres in the air off the side of BD won't even phase them either. They love it up there!

I'd be just as euphoric hanging up there almost on top of the World's tallest building. No matter how hard this job is, it must be an awesome experience
