Korea's traditional business map is made of huge family owned conglomerates, and the biggest are: Huyndai, Samsung, Daewoo and LG. They are multi-industry groups with interest in many different fields, from manufacturing to finance and services.

However now the groups are splitting up (process started many years ago) and most of them are public traded companies.

Bottom line is that Samsung Construction might not be neccessarily related anymore to Samsung Electronics, as Samsung Auto is now owned by Renault or Daewoo Auto by GM. However I think that in case of Samsung, both divisions report to the same Chairman.

^not all of them are plant/mechanical. actually most will be empty spaces accessible by stairs. Above lev162 is actually described as the "spire" even though it has levels and could be inhabitable. above tier27 is the "pinnacle" which most of us call a spire.
Burj Dubai is basically a 600m concrete skyscraper topped with a 150m enclosed steel structure crowned with a 50m spire.

Cladding starts above 3rd mechanical floor and new water at the Burj bridge.
