We can clearly see the difference in colour of the cladding with the ones which have and haven't been cleaned.

So, finally building's outside cladding has been finished, but where are the pictures from inside? There are only 6 weeks left until opening...

I never heard about Almada or its architecture or infrastructure or its people.
nice post it's not just architecture and infrastuctures that make a real city, i think. it's more.. i don't like Dubai architecture, it's not my cup of tea. it's not urban and vibrant and make Dubai a fake city. it's just taller builldings, nothing more. do u understand what i'm trying to say?
Almada is near Lisbon. nothing perfect but i love the athmosphere..

Talking about interior photos of Burj Dubai, i found this article from Desert_69 (below):
Quote:
This is the first exclusive picture revealing the sumptuous interior of Emaar’s Armani Residences at the Burj Dubai.
The picture includes bedroom and lounge shots that feature the exclusive range of Armani/Casa home furnishings in a low-lit, intimate setting.
Italian fashion giant Giorgio Armani was personally involved in every design detail of the one and two-bedroom residences.
The apartments are defined by clean lines, practicality and elegance, and feature materials and finishes such as stone, zebrawood, Venetian plaster and fabric and leather wall coverings.
The 144 apartments, representing the first residential designs from Armani, are located on levels nine to 16 of the world’s tallest building, and complement the Armani Hotel Dubai, also situated within the tower.
According to Emaar, investor response has been strong following road shows in major cities including London, Moscow, Milan, New Delhi and Riyadh.
Armani and Emaar plan to develop seven luxury hotels and three resorts over the next ten years. Further Armani homes are planned for cities including New York, Paris and Tokyo.

and few other photos of the Armani apartment from www.arabianbusiness.com:

Yep I'm 5...is that the best you can do Grandpa. Time for your pills,, talk about the war, how great Almada is..Those where the days,,,,

Dubai more than 60 years ago was still untouched desert, a small fishing port.

Look how far this place has come in such a short period of time.

I walk round it every night, the lower half seems very complete.

Landscaping in full swing, The rooms look a lot more ready.

It won't be fully completed till early next year I expect, though probably will be partially open.

Those horizontal rails are cool... but they could've extended them to the inside, with a station there and the chance for everybody to book a 360 degree BMU round trip.
