There are lots of construction sites between the roads (on the left half of the picture).
Are these still under construction or are they cancelled?

There are a lot of empty spaces between the road and the yellow buildings (on the right side of the picture).
Are these future construction sites ?

Most of the holes you see are on hold/canceled. However pretty much everything else is still going. But most are very slow.

There are a buch of low rise buildings (close to the ground) in the foreground.
