What happened on level 149 - is there a BMU or something else to be seen there ? They went from 149 up to 160, and then into the Spire. When they made the last video they went down from 160 to 149 on BS3.

BS3 goes down to 138 where they can connect to BS1 to go anywhere they want.

Did they go into the hotel section at all - as of Friday 10PM Dubai time, we did not yet see any pics of the main hotel area so we don't know how much more work still needs to be done before Opening. We did see some pics of the 39th floor which is hotel suites - this looks like it could be finished by the end of the year.

Are there any more pics of the hotel area, lobby, dining rooms etc. etc., or
are they not allowed to show us any of this yet ?

Thank you
The lifts are not working on every floor thats why the last stop was on the 149th (down from the 160th) , after we just went down few floors to reach the next lifts.

I have no more pics of the hotel but most of part already done.

This photo may answer a question I had a few weeks ago regarding how these BMUs get power while out on the rails. There is a spool/reel with a green insulated wire or cable coming out of it. The spool has a yellow caution symbol on it that might indicate dangerous voltage, though I can't tell from the resolution of the image. Imre, did you notice it? Did the workers mention anything about the method of supplying power?

Thanks @Fury How many suites and apartments are in Burj Dubai?
