The landscaping is looking better every day.
The pool on the roof of the pool annex is half tiled now.
The lowest terraces of the wing facing the pool annex are all boarded and looking near done.
The office annex looks cladded and the roofing system is moving right along.
I see there are still a few spots up high that need glazing yet.
I'm still wondering what the large building is on podium zone A (in front of the office entrance) near the office annex. It's definately much more than a landscaping feature.

There's a structure being developed in front of the office entrance -( now with about 4 levels of scaffolding around it,) - with open space around it one level below the concourse level. This makes it starting on the first parking level.

What is this? and is this the one you are talking about ?

Given that there are escalators going from P1 to Concourse, and having this structure at the same level, is this some king of underground lobby arrangement for which we have not seen renders up until now ?

Also, can anyone describe the elongated triangular features in the landscaping in front of the office entrance - what they are ?

Thankyou

In the first pic, we see the pool at the top of the pool annex, then there's another pool to the left, on a smaller building. What's this one ?

In the second shot, what is this structure in front of the office entrance, and open to the first parking level ?

Thank you

Dubai credit bomb

November 28, 5:44 AMSt. Louis Investing Examiner *Jim Mosquera

Dubai is one of the seven emirates and perhaps most well known and most populous of the United Arab Emirates. The news that Dubai's investment arm asked for a 6-month deferral on $60 billion in debt, rocked stock markets for the Friday, November 27th trading day. Dubai has seen overwhelming growth with conspicuous projects like the Gulf's palmed-shaped island and the world’s tallest skyscraper (Burj Dubai). It also hoped to become a tourist haven in the Middle East. In the process of reaching for the stars, literally with Burj Dubai, the state backed investment networks, nicknamed Dubai Inc., amassed $80 billion in red ink. While European banks appear to have the most exposure to Dubai's debt, there are broader implications.
