you are wrong, The Nakheel tower will surely be built within the next 10 years and its height is around 1000Meters+ theres also a Nakheel tower proposed in Kuwait with height of around 1000+meters

I saw the Open ceremony and it was awesome (on tv of course), he Burj Dubai looked like it was burning down.
