They state the height to arch. top for all the buildings in their database which makes sense. The height to tip and height to highest occupied level can be viewed when one clicks on a particular building.
The height to tip and therefore the full height of the BK is stated as 830.0

I'm sure they will get the proper drawings from Emaar soon.
Then the 3 official heights can be announced and put into the history books once and for all - and hopefully all the nagging questions answered as well.

So it could be 888

Yes, totally ... even if the time needed to get them soaked in milk is included.

Admission fees for Empire State

Admission fees for Empire State Building

86th Floor Observation deck - US $ 18.41

Additional $ 15 for 102nd floor observation decck -

Considering that DHS 100 ( US $ 27/- ) is reasonable also think that Burj Deck is much higher than Empire State 102nd floor observation deck.

Of course their express pass comes to US$ 56.52 , while for Burj it is US $ 108 ( DHS 400/- ) .

I'm not paying 100AED to go up it, I'm sure I will get to go inside for free later.
Just check Dubizzle for the ad and get to see it with an agent.

Your all welcome to mine once its handed over, not quite the 124th floor but close! - hopefully owners will get free entry to At The Top?

I will be happy to take each and every one of you up the Khalifa.

The entry to Burj Al Arab is 100Dhs just to look around the lobby and maybe go to the restaurant which is also very expensive. Burj Dubai offers more and I think the money is worth it. There was talk to increase the entry tickets to 400dhs. Is that still on the table?

Nope. It's been 100 AED for advanced bookings since opening day.

The immediate "I want to take my wife up the Khalifa, and I want to take her now" ticket was increased from I think 210 AED to 400 AED a couple of days after opening.

Remember of course that that's the price to take anyone up the Khalifa, not just your wife. Compared to other options for such an experience in Dubai, it's a veritable bargain.

The entrance to Burj Al Arab was never 100 AED. It used to be 200 and then 250 AED in the form of coupons that could be used on the bars, restaurants or shops inside. By 2004 that option was dropped and you can enter only if you are a hotel guest of the complex (including Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Al Qasr, Mina Al Salam and the villa complexes) or you have a prior dinner/lunch/afternoon tea reservation.

Did I type 100? My mistake, you are right.. it used to be 200Dhs. The rooms are pretty expensive, $2,000 a night for the normal suites.

Wonder what the price range for the Armani Hotel would be.
