Thank you for the honest effort and trying to explain.

I assume "topped off" means roof height has been reached. But hey I might have that wrong, too. Maybe it's when fireworks are launched from the top? Nothing would surprise me right now. /kidding

I agree with Mr. Imre
If they should get permission from owner first if they wish to alter the pics. (with all due respects) maybe Coldwell would have gotten the originals?

I'd like to say to get back on topic, but...by the actions of a few inconsiderate people, the rest of us only read not see

We dont have any problems if you save the photos or use in your blogs, personal website or similar.

Only problem is the commercial thing specially if someone violating the law not just once .

Back to the Burj , my friend went to the Dubai Mall today and they said the observation deck will be open from Saturday or Sunday. We will see.

Another great BK feature activated tonite around the grounds of the BK.

Mini dancing foountains everywhere. When I say mini, most cities would say adequate, but not when compared to main fountains.

Great feature at the Boulevard side of BK

I said the official floorcount is being determined by the CTBUH as they do their count by their criteria for occupied levels. The number of levels as per the plans has been reported properly numerous times by the press. Why some can't get it right now is beyond me.

On another note you seem to think everyone here is an uneducated fanboy that only posts oohs and ahhs. Some of us here have more knowledge on this project than you or the general public will ever have on any project - read back through some of my posts for instance. No need to come on like an ******* ...
