Okay I got an official number now as we had a look at the blueprint. The official height (that is: including the spire, not including that sonometer and lighting rod) is 828,000 meter, which is indeed that number down to the millimeter. Height to the tip (that's including the lighting rod) is 829,842 meter. The level of the highest occupied floor is at 584.500 meter.

Thank you Imre.

Nice find PG.
The furnishings in the Armani residences are not to my tastes. Everything is too square and looks thinly padded to sit on. I wonder if the people who will live there can move their own furniture in ? After paying the hefty sum to move in I would want to shove all that crap into a closet or corner and move some comfortable furniture in.
Maybe it's just me ...

Hi Fury,

Thanks Yeah, these particular designs/interiors are not for everyone I guess. It's just a matter of personal taste in the end. I'm not sure how it will work out for BK, but you'd think after shelling out for one of these Armani Residences you'd be able to bring in whatever you want. I don't see why not anyway? Obviously there will be fixtures/interiors you won't be able to remove, or change, as these are Armani apartments after all, but having said that, this shouldn't mean you still can't arrange for some different furnishings that will reflect your own taste once you move in.

@Imre. Awesome pics! I really love those water features

I have said it before....

Its better to get a normal Burj Khalifa unit and furnish it Armani yourself then spending on an Armani Residence unit...

The 584.50 meter figure is wrong.

That number is according to the plans that ends up with a 818 meters height, but we all know they came to the 828 number by including two sub levels of a total height of 10 meters, and that means the height figure for the tallest occupied level has to include that as well, so: 584.50 + 10.00 = 594.50 meters.
