Hi all.

I would guess Sale is correct. The hotel launch is most likely comparable to the project inauguration. Both don't necessarily mean open to the public. Though I imagine the time untill open to the public for the hotel will be much shorter than for the project.

After these past years of "watching" this project it will be good to see it open. The OD being open is good but it is just the first level to open. The 160 room hotel is only the first of the 6 major areas.
- Hotel - levels 5 to 8, 38, 39
- Armani residences - levels 9 to 16
- Hotel residences - levels 19 to 37
- Residences - levels 43 to 72
- Luxury residences - levels 76 to 108
- Boutique offices - levels 112 to 121, 125 to 135, 139 to 154

I'm hoping news of the first and last handovers for each area will trickle out from behind the veil of secrecy that still seems to surround this project.

80% higher than anything he has climbed before.

Taipei 101 on December, 508M, climb lasting four hours—(double his estimate due to rain)

Burj Khalifa, 828M, looks pretty steap to me.. I would argue not possible..

Hi all.

Great updates guys.
nice to see you back Imre.

Here are some great renders - source shall remain anonymous as requested.

Armani Cafe.

Ballroom.

Erotica Restaurant.

Erotica Restaurant.

Kandahar Restaurant.

Gentlemens Club.

Lounge Bar.

Main Lobby.

Main Lobby.

Umu Restaurant.

Not sure of the exact location in the structure of each specific render, but I do know :
- Ballrooms are on the concourse level.
- Restaurants are on the concourse and ground levels, levels 1 and 122.
- Lounges are on levels 3 and 123.
- Clubs are on level 122.
The renders labeled main lobby look like one of the 3 entrance pavillions and the lobby inside. It's definitely not the office side so it's one of the other 2. I could be wrong on this but it doesn't look like the residential side from what I have - so my guess is the hotel side.
