Looks like a very nice hotel! Is ARMANI opening any other hotels elsewhere?

The workers/designers have done a very good job in the interior of Armani Hotel; i dont know if those images shown the suites in 38 and 39 floor (i wonder how may look)

Can we book for a tea/ lunch/ dinner at Armani instead of going on the observation deck. Do realise the height of Armani is not even close to ob deck.

Well if you compare the observation deck with the Armani Hotel, the second is much better, very nice (i am not talking about the height btw)

Can we know what these images represent ??

Can we have captions to tell us what these images represent - what rooms they are, where they are located etc.

Many of these images look like renders - or they all actual on-site photos ?

Only those that have people in them are convincing as photos - but we don't know what is where.

Are there any details of what the elevators, escalators, entrances to the hotel restaurants, outdoor landscaping, swimming pools etc. look like ?

Is any space above floor 39 open yet, (apart from ob-deck) ?

If it's open for business, we should be able to see it.

Comments ?

Thank you

What's on the Concourse for the public ?

Most of the hotel restaurants are on the Ground and 1st floors, with one on the 3rd floor.

Apart from the Ballroom, what public spaces, if any, are on the Concourse ?, and what do they look like ?

Is it all hotel, or are there any other shops, etc besides the lift lobby to the office levels ?

There is some car-parking space on both Ground and Concourse levels, but there's lots of other detail to tell us about.

I know Fury wants to see all of this, but so do many other people.

Thank you

I too would like to know what is open.
We know up to level 8 is open as they are hotel but whether the hotel suites on 38 and 39 are open I'm not sure - I couldn't pick them when I was on the booking site but that was near a week ago. There were hints in some articles the Armani residence handovers (levels 9 to 16) were also to begin along with the hotel opening but there hasn't been an official word about it so ... As for the hotel residences on levels 19 to 37, I've heard nothing at all on these beginning handovers.

As for the recent photos I'm sure they are real shots taken by the press in the hotel. As for labels - well ... sigh ... we can get some indication of the level if anything outside the window can be seen. I guess we will have to live with that but it's still great to be getting interior shots IMO.

The concorse level including the podium is 2/3's parking.
Here are 2 prints of the concourse - podium and all. One is labelled and the on the other detail can be deciphered. We can't gather asthetics from these but I haven't seen any shots besides whichever restaurant is on the level.
The elevations are as per the construction plans (where the ground level is 0.00) and not the CTBUH heights (where level B1 is 0.00).
Both are large so click for full size.

Those recent photos should be from the low levels if you notice the outside terrain from the windows

I have now been inside Armani Residences, they are not like the hotel suites, I'm not impressed - cant believe it, I have handover of my apartment tomorrow for the normal Burj residences but i was with someone who owns in Armani - he refuses to take handover of it.

I will take pictures when I can.

Hi DXB.
Can't wait for the shots ...

I have a couple of questions for you though.
1 - When you refer to the hotel suites do you mean the hotel suites on levels 38, 39 or the hotel residences on levels 19 to 37 or the rooms in the Armani hotel ?
2 - When you refer to the normal burj residences do you mean the hotel residences on levels 19 to 37 or the residences on levels 44 to 72 ?

I'm not trying to find out what level you are going to live on, I am just interested to know what areas are starting handovers and what podiums and entrances are finished and open.

Here is the naming convention the plans refer to (and my label for the different areas):
- Walkway from Mall entrance - Ground level - Observation deck lobby
------ Observation deck - level 124
- Podium zone C - Level 1 - Hotel entrance
------ Armani hotel - concourse to levels 8 and 38 39 (area 1)
------ Armani residences - levels 9 to 16 (area 2)
------ Hotel residences - levels 19 to 37 (area 3)
- Podium zone B - Ground level - Residence entrance
------ Residences - levels 44 to 72 (area 4)
------ Luxury residences - levels 76 to 108 (area 5)
- Podium zone A - Concourse level (and level B1) - Office entrance
------ Boutique offices - levels 112 to 121, 125 to 135, 139 to 154 (area 6)

We know the Armani hotel (area 1) and the hotel entrance/podium are open as well as the Armani residences (area 2) from your post. I'm wondering about the other areas and entrances/podiums ?
