Hi all.

Will post more info when I have it.

Hi DXB.
Thanks for the info.
Do you have any idea if the landscaping is completed on all 3 sides ?
Anyone ?

Hi all.

Here's a good vid (actually a compilation of pics) showing various areas of the Armani hotel and residences. It has labels showing the level some of the restaurants are on.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASUugdhswnc&NR=1

Here is a recent vid of a one bedroom Armani hotel suite.

Is there such a big terrace for only one Armani residence?

I was at The Address today - quite high and it looks great, all landscaping looks finished to me. - I really like the design very triangular...modern.

Hi DXB.

Thanks for the observation on the landscaping.
Based on the last pics showing the office side (quite a few weeks ago - looking close to complete), more recent pics of the residential and hotel side ( that look complete), and your comment - I am going to call the landscaping complete on my milestone list.

Now just the start of handovers of the upper areas and a guess as to the completion of the whole of the works left.

Armani hotel - area 1 - 10 04 27 launch
Armani residences - area 2 - first handovers 10 05
Hotel residences - area 3 - first handovers 10 05
residences - area 4 - first handovers ?
luxury residences - area 5 - first handovers ?
boutique offices - area 6 - first handovers ?

Please do post when your handover happens and any info on the 2 areas above yours.

I love how the tower looks so massive compared to the others, even though they are all 800+ ft in height.
