If i remember, there are some interior photos here in previous pages about the lobby; now about how (the lobby) looks like, watch the last photo by Imre above.

Hi all.

Hi Imre.

Yet another great spread on your Picasa albums. Landscaping, residences, residence lobby, residence entrance, residence common areas, full structure shots. Great shot of the elevator panel also.

I fully understand the reluctance of some photogs here to post lots of shots - it sure is great to have you here to give us all so many angles and areas to see. Over the years you have obtained access to many areas not seen before with multitudes of pics.

I'm sure I speak for many in saying just how much you are appreciated.

Imre, welcome back. It's always with the same pleasure that we discover your work and your pictures and one more time, congratulations for them. They are really nice.

You and 234sale are our two Dubai experts and I would like to ask you a general question: what do you think of the situation of the empty plots whic are north of the Burj Lake (If I remember well, it's the place for the Mansion etc....)?

Anyway, thank you very much for the updates

What's to think? They will be empty for some time. No point in breaking ground for new towers, considering how much is on hold there (Standpoint, Boulevard Central, M Towers, etc).

Hi king.

The top floor only 2038 feet ... - no.

- Top tenant level = 154 - 584.5 meters (also the official CTBUH highest occupied level)
- Top named level = 160 mezz. 3 - 634.5 m.

- First steel level = 156 - 595.7 m. (595.7 is also the top of the concrete tiers - 0 to 15)

Steel tiers (16 to 30) = 232.3 m.
Spire (tiers 22 - 710.9 to 26 - 778.1) = 67.2 m.
Pinnacle (tiers 27 to 30) = 49.9 m.
The 3 figures above reference the height to arch. top at 828.0 m.
The height to tip is 829.842 m.

Hi Imre.
Look forward to it.

Ray.

Looks like Burj Khalifa is the latest to be put on the www.my-community.com system.

Direct link to site here: http://www.my-community.com/community/burjkhalifa

If you are an owner or resident in BK you should already have your username & password.

This site looks different to the others though, has more information and a pretty nice set of photo galleries.

Perhaps you may have right, but in the other hand many units of Burj Khalifa are all ready sold out and occupied. I dont remember the exact number, but someone local forumer maybe knows...

but there are plenty other buildings going to be finished this year, which will put more units onto the market. There is already oversupply on units in Dubai and if they continue to build, the real estate market will never stabilise. Let them finish the projects which are under construction atm, than wait and let the market stabilise.
