Also you must remember that for much of the year, the weather does not permit outdoor activities, which is why Dubai's society has a very strong car culture, hence the lack of people on streets around the city, though the traditional markets are always bustling....

For 4,493-square-foot apartment (furnitured apartment) with pool, sun deck, yoga etc the price of Dh20 million (4.031.005,43 euro) i believe its OK for Burj Khalifa price standards. What do you think about that?

Is a bargain compared with the apartments in London or New York...

With 4M euro, you can buy an ~2200 square-foot apartment in a building like this.

With 4M euro, you can buy an ~2200 square-foot apartment in a building like this.

It would also get you 10,000sqft, full floor, penthouse in the residences on the other side of the fountain

Also you can buy 300M or so away,, a 2200qft unit would only be 1.4M aed

Back onto topic please

From the Skyscraper! exhibition at the Liberty Science Center, in Liberty State Park, Jersey City, USA.

The largest permanent exhibition dedicated to skyscrapers in the world.

Prints are to scale, and that one of the Burj is close to 30 feet tall.
