the tiers seem to be getting shorter as they go up. i know this was the plan from the start, i just hope the structure does't get too thin, too fast... i would have prefered that from L156 theyre would have been 5 levels between each teir. insted of the 3 between T16+T17 and then 2? between T17+T18 ?

i just think it would look more slender and taper inwards gentler if they're were 5 levels between each teir betwwen say T16+T23 then go down to 3 from T24-27.

but i'm probably wrong lol. Just seems to be getting quite thin...

Does anyone have the exact specs for the glass being used? Has it been mentioned in earlier posts? double / tripled glazed? inner layer glass? outer layer glass? Thanks in advance. Kamran

Nope. They are full with building support stuff like airconditioning and water pumps to pump around water for the toilets and that sort off stuff.

Think off it as a super mechanised floor.

Hi Ember.

The levels are 6.4 meters high starting at tier 16. They are 4.8 from tier 12 to 15 and various shorter heights below that. Tiers 13 to 23 are all 19.2 meters high except 15 which is 20.8.

thank god, i thought they would be smaller, just like Ember said Just seems to be getting quite thin. but now that i know the tiers are now 19.2m, its not going to be that bad

Keep in mind also that the amount that the tiers taper inward also varies with height, certainly tapering at Tier 1 is much larger than tapering at Tier 16 or at the spire.
