Looking at the above photo, the top of the crane is over 700m. Just 23 more meters and it's in no man's land.

HOW ENGINEER MEASURE THE ALIGNMENT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ....I MEAN FROM THE HEIGHT OF 640 METERS THEY HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL AXIS ...THERE MAY BE A SPECIAL KIND OF GADGET THERE ......
