~853 square feet is pretty small for an entire office floor. Some room will be used for stairs and elevators which will make it smaller. I guess that would make one office per floor out there which I personally wouldn't mind having....along with my beautiful secretaries working with me, for me and on me.

yeah, enought for one office. does anybody have an Est of how much sqft is at
701m, since its going to be the highest occupied floor. looking at that pic posted by Fury. i think theres no way in hell 701m will be the highest occupied floor. unless they change the tiers. what i mean extend tier 18 a little bit and 19. so thats theres more sqft

I believe that the entire building is going to be 5.5 million sq/ft.

lev160mezz2 looks small. (crane shaft is 2m x2m)

helghast-tier22 or the roof 4 or floor 185 is only 10mx10m approx. so max of 100sqm.

Hi all.

Tier 18 - the first level of which is up right now is approx. 260 sq. m.

260 sq. m. is 2799 sq. ft.

I agree Cul small for an office floor but still the size of a large house - 630 meters up.

I will post this again - the grid is 4.5 m., the same as most prints.

Thanks for that information Fury. I did the conversion incorrectly, way off on the numbers (853 ). Now 2799 sq feet is very significant. My two bedroom apartment is only 1000 sq feet shared with a roommate and this would be a dream to have this much space at 630m(2066ft) up. That steel section could hold some extremely valuable real estate.

quite a bold claim considering this is the first decade of the century. Who knows what buildings we will be building in 2090?

I pray that by 2090 we'll be building much better structures than this one.
This building might be tall as hell and bigger than anything built before, but it's far from being the best construction of this century so far.
