Hi all.

Thanks guys.

I really enjoy analysing different aspects of this thing. Good to get positive feedback. The plans say 818.0 from Ground level to top platform - but I'm all for 825.1 from concourse level to handrail of the top platform. My Burj Dubai Plan ( ver. 3 ) follows the plans laid out so far. I will leave it as such unless the plans change. If upon completion the official measurement is different I will change the name of this version (3) to construction plan and make a ver 4 called official measure or something with all the numbers changed to appropriate.

I think the tallest manmade structure on Earth record and now the tallest manmade structure in history record are just as big as the 4 different tallest building records and the tallest freestanding structure on land record. I have said all along that the fact this structure is going to be taller than any guyed mast by a large margin makes it the most important structure ever. I truely believe the Burj Dubai will pave the way for many structures over 800 meters. We really are living in a spectacular time for tall structures.

I am waiting for the first pics that show the first columns of tier 19 before I start banaculating. Not that I don't believe Altin but we have had premature banaculation before with the tallest manmade structure on Earth a few weeks ago. I am sure once confirmation pics come out my moniter will require a wiping ... can't wait.

Did I mention I love this thing ......

The thing I like about this milestone the most is that you don't have to mention it what category it is the tallest. Because it is the tallest in ALL categories.

Congrats!

Really comparison between the Eiffel Tower and Burj Dubai

I was this year in January in Dubai and it was a very nice week for me.

I have a question, namely this the grey ugly construction in the near from World Trade Centre, the WTC Appartments, if the building remains or is torn off him?

Thanks

When topped out, it will be SWFC + Eiffel tower on top,
or 2 Eiffel towers without antenna + 1 tour Montparnasse on top
