Its not imortant wich laws are right or wich are'nt. Important is that all that hotels, recreation and business centers are created for people from west culture countries. So if Dubai realy want to bring some customers then it need to change some laws. For example fact that police can catch you only because you are kissing you girfriend is not the best advertisement for this city...

Do I look like I care about attracting those kind of tourists, the ones who cannot resist kissing in public? We do NOT need people who cannot/don't want respect our laws and traditions.
