One of the photos from Imre update. I can see clearly 11th steel floor only remains in few columns and the 10th floor looks hollow. (getting tougher with more fiercer wind speed)

Guess laws don't apply if you're an international celebrity.

It is not illegal to be gay in Dubai. Only sex without marriage is a crime and UAE does not recognize gay marriage. That is why being gay is considered illegal, but there is nothing wrong if you don't have sex Same applies for unmarried heterosexual couples. Of course no one cares

PS: but you might still face problems as "offensive behavior against religious, cultural, moral and political values of the UAE" has no specific limits and is still considered as a reason for limiting personal and social freedoms

Dude, let me refresh you my friend...pre marital sex is illegal regardless wether you are gay or straight but at least heterossexuals have the marriage license and eventually 'get some' and why happens to the gay community...just rot and die? since gay marriage is illegal...so IT IS ILLEGAL to be gay in Dubai...and YES no one really gives a sh** as matter of fact they might even throw sh** at you.
I just don't understand why is it that what people do in their own time and spce matters. This world needs love and compassion and not bigotry. We have to look beyond, skin color, religion, race and sexual orientation.

I agree, I don't like the rules either. What I am trying to say is, no one goes to jail just because he is gay, as someone said they don't apply the law on Giorgio Armani. Besides, they don't have cameras in your bedroom, so relax Can we go back to topic?

This tower has really impressed me over that past few years.

This is how it looks on Google Earth. I turned off the atmosphere to improve visibility. From the spire height Iran just starts to be visible on the horizon where my mouse pointer is. You can see the camera height at the right bottom corner. I'm not sure if it will be visible from Iran in reality..
