Heh, I think you meant:

11 floors from Tier 27
22 floors from Tier 24
31 floors from Tier 22 which is the highest occupied floor lvl

Unless I'm mistaken... Amazing to see this thing get really thin but at the same time the open structure gives us a very unique perspective on construction for the few aerial shots we get.

So you think that tier 22 will be the last one completed with tier 27 finishing first in only 11 floors time. This is quite controversial, turning the tower upside down at this stage may not be that bright.
