Hi all.

I think we are behind schedule for the 3rd week of September top out. The revised schedule I have is near a year and a half old though. They probably have a newer one showing top out to be later than Sept. Never know but unless they pick up the pace substantially Sept. looks very unlikely.

^one of the cranes will lift the other down in sections. then a recovery crane will be hoisted up and this takes down the other crane. then theres the recovery crane left, which is dismantled and taken down in lift.now im not sure how this will happen because there aint no lifts up that? maybe it will be lowered to lev160.
or maybe helicopter? or maybe just drop the god damn thing.

I have one question: what's the purpose of the mechanical floors?

its for utility, technical, service ,etc
and its to service the building typically the upper floors. and also it strengthens the tower

Better word than strengthening the tower would be to give upper floor the maximum flex as swaying in the wind.

So the highest observation deck is only 442 meters up? I must say I'm very disappointed.
