That number is an exageration, even the early much-famous and talked about figure of 20% might have been an exageration too.

A couple of questions:

Does anyone know how long it takes the crane operator to get from say the construction entrance where he clocks in to his post atop the tower?

Are the windows on the upper floors being hung in a certain order due to the wind patterns up there or is it just whenever that area is ready for installation?

i see the lev124 outdoor ob deck is straight below in this shot (highest rounded tier facing us)

that shots proably from 819 metres high up in the sky, same view as sitting down on top of the spire and looking down.



the 15th floor looks very ready now, should expect next floor begin end of this week.
