Two pics from yesterday evening

And one from this morning. Looks like they're almost ready to begin a new floor!

Ps. the logo isn't a Imre Solt logo, it is a burjdubaiskyscraper logo

Only 8 days have elapsed since they've started constructing this floor! (27th - AltinD).

wonderful close-up OTR ..

btw a question for the forum.. i know that it sometimes pisses you all off when someone asks a question that has been replied to before, but then someone gives an answer..

so.. what is the floor of these steel sections made of? is it just steel? or is there no floor at all there?

yeah, the next steel beam will mean 700 metres and 90 centimetres high.

I've been curious about this but on the top 4 concrete floors, what are those really narrow spaces just outside the core used for? because like as soon as you step outta the elevator, there will be glass right infront of you...

If there is a floor it will probably be made out of steel profiles with a concrete layer on top of it. Something like this:

Nice graphic - In Chicago the wavy steel pieces are spotwelded to the tops of the beams.

An Armani Hotel apartment on the 13th floor of Burj Dubai is for sale by owner:

The current steel floor is nearing completion, just 8 days after they've started working on it. We can expect a new floor starting very soon.

- The video is from April - the audio is recent ...

The decking (wavy metal) is layed down at every section then covered by a fairly thick concrete slab. At the terraces it is then covered by a multi-layered roofing system.

Tallbox - Each terrace can be accessed by people. There will be wind protection using glass and louvered "roofs" above.
