Correct me if i am wrong. But isn't that the top access platform? It may not look like the drawings, but those of us in the field know how things change from blueprints to shop drawings to actually built.

I agree, it doesn't look half as attractiveas Burj Dubai and probably wasn't as well thought out. I hope either Burj Dubai can remain taller sumhow or they reduce the height of Dubai One Tower to ~800

I knew I'd seen it before someplace...

I just figured out what the BD has been reminding me of all this time

OZ!

If you put a bunch of Burj Dubai towers together you'd get THIS.

Burj Dubai pics

Hello guys,
Today it was difficult to take some good pictures, because another (heavy virbrating) bus brought me to the site!

After all enjoy.

The first one is from a large distance.

The second one is an overview.

Thanks.
Mark

Hey guys, I don't remember this being posted here. It's a brand new show from the Discovery Channel's Impossible City. Lots of Burj Dubai footage.

It doesn't look as condensed as you would expect.
I mean there are really tall scrapers and then there are roads.

Yeh, it's a sci-fi painting, unrelated to Dubai. I was just entertaining the idea.

Thanks for the pictures germantower, the second one is sweet.
