I have no idea if that was here before - sorry if it has, but it's impossible to keep up with this thread

I don't know how to embed this from other source than youtube so here is a link

This is at least the fourth time it was posted here. If something about the BD is older than two days you can be sure someone posted it over here already

Was it the only one to hit the tower?

burj dubai has become an icon. its height is majestic.it is the tallest structure ever built by man.pretty impressive. i never thought i would see something this tall im my lifetime. we are priviledged to witness its construction.

DD: Quite a few lightening strikes last night, and only managed to get one recorded out of a few hundred pics.

Looked at the tip of the boom before I left the house this morning and it looked a bit singed.

Looking forward to a lot more varying weather conditions over the next few months, fog, more lightening, weird cloud formations.

Great lunchtime pics BTW.

Yeah, me too! Waiting for the chance to take a good picture of the Burj Dubai sticking its head into the clouds Managed to take one picture in February, but it was while waiting at a red traffic light. I'd rather use the tripod and would love to catch the sunset. Also, tower's height has increased alot in the meantime

LOL

9th floor on cladding already.

Is that man in the first photo by Imre Bikes? I thought he was Chico Slimani (infamous guy from England, and no offence)
