Another great set of photos Dennis. I always like having something in front of it to relate to, so it's easier to estimate the true scale.

As far as I know, the Burj should be T/O'd this month. Will they finish by that time?

When a building looks so huge in a photo it must be unbelievable in real life

Visit Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar and you will get quite an impression of Burj Dubai... along with some neck pain by looking up

But don't forget to visit Dubai Marina (I recommend having a walk at the Marina itself and a walk at "The Walk", maybe enjoy the luxurious buffet at the Grosvenor House [240AED],...), Madinat Jumeirah (next to Burj Al Arab, nice atmosphere), The Souk area by the Creek (I like "Al Wakeel Restaurant" on Bur Dubai Side alot, they have a terrace built on the water), have a look at Ski Dubai through the windows of Mall of the Emirates, have a drink at Barasti Bar (at the beach of Mina Seyahi Hotel)...

...well actually just drive around town and you will see amazing things left and right Have a great trip

How much are you paying to stay at Atlantis hotel Ausie?

You should so bring back photos of houses (mansions) in the branches.

No it will not top out this year. We should be happy if we see at least a little jacking before the end of the year.

MMM I think it is too optimistic thinking the spire will ascent and top out before the new year. Do we not have that new scedule gantt chart Emaar made? the old one is definitely out of date.
