Hi all.

Hi Pablo.

If you are looking down from the top as the prints are, the second wing of tier 25 is counterclockwise - same as the print.

Hey Cranium.

The podium is at either the Concourse level, the Ground level, or Level 1 depending on which side of the structure you are on. The entrances open onto the top of the podiums. So they do appear to be at grade.

I would like to clear up some confusion regarding the prints I used on this page of my plan. You can see the doors to terraces that are the top of a wing from the tier below. The start prints I chose only have the wing with the terrace at the very start and above that that wing is not there.
- A print of "tier 26 start" shows the single wing of tier 26 and the top of the second wing of tier 25 that is the terrace for the start of tier 26.
- A print of "tier 26" shows only the single wing of that tier.

Here is something that will help to illustrate.

We should see the next jacking stage right away to expose the part of the pinnacle pipe that will be tier 24 (approx. 10m.).

I must ask again as I didn't get any answer to this, what is the use for the top 4 concrete floors as clearly seen in this photo? are they not meant to be habitable? but if they are, then I see very small room between the elevator door and the cladding and it could only be habitable space for ferrets.

Are you confused because of the stairwell that is in an other direction? There is not going to be one stair from top down but (just like in towercranes for example) a lot of small stairs at changing positions with plateaus in between to rest during climbing or to prevent of falling 100 meters down through the spire..
Ouch that would hurt!

Thanks for the explaination Fury!
Cheers

I think he was referring to the cladding being done on the spire, thus icing on the cake.

Yes those floors are for the Burj Dubai Zoo, ferets are one of the main attractions along with unicorns and giant anacondas.

i still think that its very possible for a new years top out ceremony.

Why? because a month ago we were told the spire wudnt rise from 730m untill all the cladding had caught up, what ever happened to that?

It makes sense to top out on new years. i see no reason why they cant do it =)

Hey Build.

Here is the top concrete levels.

Of course they are habitable. Those tiny winglets are approx a meter wide so where the openings are big a person can walk out onto the winglets.

Here is some newly aquired floorplans for tier 15.

Level 152

Level 153

Level 154

Thanks IMIKE, would have taken me a bit longer to explain and would probably have used graphics.
