whats that 15x optical?

it will be a bitch for the crane operator to travel 800m up and down everyday, esp seeing that there isnt a straight forward way of going to the top

The issue with the height is quite perplexing to say the least. Yes, acording to cul's diagrams and photos we know that its around 800m now. The floorcount is right, but we cannot be certain about the floors' height. Ofcourse, this would cause a fault of only a few meters, not 20 meters as it was announced (780). I believe its around 800 now, but for the final height, we have no choise but to wait an official anouncement

Actually they're building the fountain in the lake but they will pour water in when they're done with fountain and other parts of lake.
