Does the top of BD tower already sway back & forth (and side-to-side)? or will this come in to effect after construction is completed?

Surprised we don't have any updated photo's yet. C'mon people!

(Looked out my bedroom window from Arabian Ranches - too poor visibility today to make it worth taking and posting up a picture)

i dont think it would sway much at all. lev160 was supposed to have a large weight contrtol damper but after tests were done it wasnt required due to its design and construction method.

You are right, they are not from today, as the pictures have the late afternoon light. It's just 12:18 here

Edit: Now I see you have posted very early in the morning, I guess you meant yesterday by today, or it's the time difference, whatever... So my argument does not help to determine if it's from yesterday or not.

how do we know its jumped from 800 to 808 ?

Also, on CULs diagram, why do the glass panels suddenly get wider at the top? just an observation, last time i checked they are all the same

Cul, are you sure about that? When I had my meeting there they told that they're still able to install the damper and they're still doing tests now and after completion to check whether or not it is needed. And it does sway a lot actually, even more than 0,5 meter! But this is not a problem (yet).

Great that we get some help from Duboy, thanks! I'm curious to see some new pics!!

Oh how I love such pics with skylines and luminaries combined together!
This one must be from December, 29th, with Jupiter to the right of the moon. The brighter Venus would be visable just abobe the top edge of the photo.
