I think there is a little part remaining, the cladded part behind the highest steel floor. I think that part should be above the highest steel level as it doesn't make sense having cladding inside the building.

Yes, when we compare Imres photos from yesterday and today, we have definitly a hight increase. 9 Windows above the steel, as it should be!
i'm not sure, but you can see the open door that leads to the tier 24 ;-)

There is still spire cladding inside the steel frame, its illogical to have this inside the building, we may have more height increase!

Exactly. That's why I say that it isn't topped out yet. Still 4+ meters to go.

Hey guys here is a labelled shot from 234 showing the relation between the tier 23 steel larger wing and tier 23 pinnacle pipe / small wings.

Hey ZZ. We can see that 6 cladding "levels" on the small wings are the same height as 3 sections of the steel of the larger wings of tier 23 (and lower). The 3 - 6.4m. sections are the same height as the 6 - 3.2m. cladding "levels".

We can see in the shot the top half of tier 23 small wings are done. They will attach the bottom half now and then jack to top out.

Library. You may be correct in your interpretation of the CTBUH wording - not sure - but I will celebrate top out when the 818.0m. height is reached.

So Saturday may be top out. A good day for a party.

If Fury is right, which he usually is, then we're T/O!!
