Burj Dubai is TOPPED OUT people for sure! There are NINE (9) cladding sections above the top of the highest steel section we see now. The plans show NINE (9) cladding sections above the steel as it stands. We don't need any announcement from Emaar, their height announcements have been pathetically late!

Remember each piece of cladding on the spire is 3.2m!! Imre's pics from yesterday and today show that it CLEARLY has risen much more than 4m! The spire rose by almost 3 cladding sections in height.

Can we change thread title to T/O moderators please?

I am just referring to furys explanations and plans. And also my own observation of course. But i respect the ones, who want to wait until it is official. We will see whoever is right within the next few days i think.

I think Fury doesn't know either, and that's why he isn't saying anything.
Personally I think it's 812 meters and not 818 yet. But I'm not sure.

This is just an amazing tower. I caught a glimpse of it at the airport last November.

In my opinion the cladding will be added and attached using the lugs as was the case for the cladding already attached and will terminate around the line I have drawn.
Thats right, these lugs are for adding another 3 cladding parts, two of them will be transition parts to the steel again, like the ones above. But there should be no further jacking.

I don't believe this is finished until all the cladding attached to the spire is above the steelwork. More to go, folks

Stay tuned
