The tiers that you showed with the (green) stairs are tiers 22 and 23, going up to 739m, the 3m floors are the ones that were jacked up today, 3 of them

Fury has now appeared and is in agreement that it's T/O...
Let the parties start! (except that it's 2:30AM here and should really be time to disappear for the night)

Exactly...My diagram was when the spire was stil at 808...
Your diagram is when the spire is at 818...

When you lift the spire on my diagram to 818, your dots and my dots will be at the same high, right?

But important fact here is that there is 9 dots...Each one on the every cladding section...And each cladding section is 3m(and something) high...

So, if they lift the spire to 818 (like they did) they will lift it for 3 dots...And 3 x 3(and something) = 9m(and something)...

And if the spire was earlier at 808(and something) + lifted 9m(and something) = you will be at 818m...And that's T/O...

Any questions??

Oh my god, i am glad to have watched TV all the time and avoided to get involved into some of the last arguments. Some of you should really get the facts right before posting something.

I am glad Fury cleared it all up now. Time to calm down!!

Lets have a small topping out party! yeah!!!

Absolutely - without a doubt - TOPPED OUT !!!!!!!!!

I will make a labelled shot to help illustrate - although many of you have made excelent ones.

WOOHOO !!!!!!

If the most authoritative voice on here is so unequivocal about it, then I bet that it's TOPPED OUT - 17-01-09, a date to remember!!

Fury, they've not deviated from the plans yet, and the access hatch at the top of tier 23 is clearly visible from the reverse angle so it's definitely not going any higher - THIS IS IT!

@Jarrot
One cladding part is higher than the cranes cabin, who would be able to work in there if it were only 1.6m high?
