I would say 2009-2010, when I was there asked the cladding company about the completion date, they need apr. 1 year to finish the whole cladding.

The Sears Tower is 3.8 million square ft , the same as each of the World Trade Center towers in NYC had.

what year are you living in , it will definitely be 800m+. and the steel bolt section is already up there

Yes actually you're right...I mistakenly cut off the top of the spire, which goes up another 50 m. The top of that diagram only reaches 750 m. I didn't realize this when I posted it. My bad. Here's an alternate diagram:

I posted the other diagram first because it is much better proportioned than this one (this diagram is ridiculously out of proportion at around 550 m. But just to give you a better idea if you're interested.
