How are they going to install the cladding on the highest part of the steel structure with no crane?

The crane was never used in the cladding installation process.

@ Westyguy, do you see the railings which are installed on every tier's roof? Theese railings were used to install all cladding panels until now and will be used to finish the cladding. Therefore as AltinD mentioned the crane was never used and will not be needed to finish the cladding.

Cheers Danny

Sorry. I must have been walking around dumb and blind for the last 3 years.

I must have been concentrating too much on other aspects of Burj Dubai to realise that fact.

Is September still the completion date?

Going down little by little.

Can see steel through cladding very clearly, but not a clutter as would be expected.

I'm new here so the question I'm about to ask may have already been answered but here goes. The Burj Dubai is obviously topped out and is the tallest structure in the world and has been for some time. Why does the tallest 100 list still put Taipai 101 as the world's tallest? I was thinking there might have to be some official measurement that has to take place before it can be ranked as number 1 but that's just a guess. Does anyone know why it's not listed as the world's tallest? Thanks.
